Welcome to VICI Window Washing LLC. By accessing or using our website, scheduling services with us, or opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
About VICI Window Washing LLC
VICI Window Washing LLC is a locally owned, owner-operated exterior window cleaning business based in Becker, Minnesota, serving homeowners across central Minnesota. Our services cover the exterior of residential windows, including glass, frames, sills and tracks. We send SMS messages to our customers and prospective customers regarding quote requests, appointment scheduling, service updates, customer support, and (where consented) promotional offers and discounts.
Use of Our Services
All content and services offered on this website are provided for personal use only. You agree not to misuse, duplicate, distribute, or exploit any part of our services without express written permission from VICI Window Washing LLC.
Quotes, Appointments & Scheduling
- Quotes are free and are based on the information you provide about your home, including window count, number of stories, and access.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted in writing, and may be adjusted if conditions at the property differ materially from what was described.
- Appointments should be scheduled in advance by phone, text, email, or through our online quote request form.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Service requires access to the exterior of the home and an outdoor water source.
- Weather may require rescheduling. If conditions would prevent us from completing the work to standard, we will contact you to move the appointment to the next workable day.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your quote is provided.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
VICI Window Washing LLC operates an SMS messaging program that consists of two distinct message categories:
- Non-marketing messages: Quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service status updates, and customer support communications related to your inquiry or service.
- Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, and promotional updates from VICI Window Washing LLC.
Each category requires its own separate consent. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
Age Restriction
The VICI Window Washing LLC SMS messaging program is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 should not opt in to the SMS program.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from VICI Window Washing LLC by checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our website's quote request form. The checkboxes are not pre-selected and must be actively checked by you. Consent to marketing messages and consent to non-marketing messages are independent — you may opt into one, both, or neither.
Opting in to receive SMS messages is never required to receive a quote, schedule an appointment, purchase a product, or use any service offered by VICI Window Washing LLC. You may submit any form on our website and receive full service from us without agreeing to SMS messages.
Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (612) 849-1962. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency & Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages occasionally based on your interactions with our business, with frequency varying by message category and your level of engagement. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Service Expectations
VICI Window Washing LLC cleans the exterior of residential windows. Some conditions cannot be corrected by cleaning — including mineral etching, scratches, oxidation, failed seals, and damage to glass, frames or screens that exists before we arrive. Where we identify a condition like this, we will tell you rather than leave you to find it afterward. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly so we can address it.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, photography, video, and other content on this website are the property of VICI Window Washing LLC or our licensors. Use without express written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VICI Window Washing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
