A local window washer, not a franchise
VICI Window Washing LLC is owner-operated out of Becker, Minnesota. The person who quotes your house is the person who cleans it.
Jordan Mateyka
Jordan started VICI to do one thing properly instead of a dozen things halfway. Exterior window cleaning, for homeowners, across central Minnesota — that's the whole business.
More than 400 homes later, the approach hasn't changed. Show up when you said you would, clean every window instead of the easy ones, and leave the glass looking like there's nothing in the frame at all.
There's no call center and no rotating crew. If something isn't right, you're talking to the person who did the work.
How we work
Nothing complicated, which is the point.

1
You send the details
Rough window count, how many stories, anything awkward to get to. Form or phone, whichever you prefer.

2
You get a real number
Texted back the same day. No in-home appointment to sit through before you find out the price.

We clean the house
We bring the water, the equipment and the reach. Most homes are finished in one visit, and you don't need to be home.

Why homeowners call us
The high windows finally get cleaned
Most houses have a handful of windows nobody has touched in years because reaching them isn't worth the risk. Those are included here, not an upcharge or an excuse.
It's a Saturday you get back
Doing it yourself means a ladder, a bucket, a half day, and streaks on the panes you could reach. This takes one phone call.
Buildup doesn't get a chance to set
Hard-water spotting and mineral film are much easier to remove early. Left on glass for years, deposits start bonding to the surface.
One person, one standard
Owner-operated means the quality doesn't depend on which crew got dispatched to your address.
